RUWellness personal training is now available to help you achieve the health and fitness results you want. With over a decade of hands on personal training experience, our trainers will design a customized program focused on your specific needs.

When it comes to your fitness we know you have particular needs, frustrations and preferences. Our trainers are highly educated in exercise science, professionally certified, attend continuing education courses regularly, and are on the cutting edge of fitness trends. Combining the latest research in the exercise science industry with proven results, RUWellness trainers are well versed. Our priority is to create specialized workouts that align with your personality, while helping you reach your physiological and biomechanical needs and goals. Our approach is effective in helping each client gain the aesthetic and performance results they desire in the shortest amount of time possible.

Getting Started Right:

The first session with your RUWellness trainer will begin with a consultation and a thorough assessment. During the assessment process, we will establish your personal goals as well as your performance needs based on general movement, flexibility, and cardiovascular requirements. Integrating our assessment system as a starting point, our professional trainers will tailor a personalized fitness program that will address your needs as well as your goals. Clients can then chose to work with RUWellness Trainers on a full time, part time, or periodic schedule based on their interest, time, and financial parameters.
