Restore Health is our health initiative at RUWellness that caters to our local communities. The function of Restore Health is to actively involve the community in health and wellness activities in San Antonio, Texas, and nationwide. The purpose of Restore Health is to provide credible resources, tools, accountability, education and a safe environment to facilitate behavior modification for individuals living a healthier lifestyle.
